I wanted to write to say a huge thank you for my course of spanish lessons by phone. I was apprehensive at first as the concept was new to me and I am always nervous when I try to hold a conversation. I was pleased to receive your reassuring email putting me at ease before my first lesson.
After taking a deep breath and dialling your number for the first time I was welcomed with a calm, clear and friendly voice and at once felt more confident and relaxed.

I liked the way you corrected me as we spoke and then clarified the points at the end of the lessons. I was able to ask questions and practise pronounciation and received clear advice.

Although the idea of telephone conversations is quite a daunting one, it is a great way to learn and I look forward to having more sessions in the new year.
